a means to improve the performance, one or more trace alloying elements can be added:

Nb 0.0015%-.06%, V 0.02%-0.12%, Ti 0.02%-0.1%, Alt ≥0.02%

b means Mo≤0.3%, Zr≤0.15% can be added

c means the total amount of three alloying elements such as Nb, V and Ti should not exceed 0.22%

d means the supply and demand parties agree that the content of S shall not exceed 0.008%

e means the lower limit of Ni content is not required by both parties through negotiation

f means both parties agree that the content of C should not exceed 0.15%
